AML 1.01 is a foundation course for those new to ensuring anti-money laundering compliance for their practice or those looking for a refresher of the basic law.

  • client due diligence and ongoing monitoring;
  • money laundering offences and the warning signs;
  • how and when to make a report to SOCA;
