The Code of Conduct imposes obligations for supervision and risk management as part of your Rule 5 responsibilities. This seminar will focus on file auditing - the main supervisory function and facet for controlling and managing operational risk - and aims to translate these obligations into a practical audit.
This seminar is for all those who have a responsibility for quality and risk and maintaining compliance within their firm, in particular sole practitioners, senior and managing partners, partners and practice.
Note: Designated management training for the purposes of Rule 5.02 (“qualified to supervise” criteria)
