The Law Society’s one-day LMS Finance Forum is a strategic leadership event focusing on key elements of business strategy for finance professionals in a legal context.  Looking at the specific challenges facing law firms today, as well as the possible evolution of the legal market, the programme is designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the major forces at play, while providing opportunities for networking with law firm peers.


Simon Mccrum, Managing Partner, at Darbys Solicitors LLP will give the keynote address, looking at two years of change in a regional firm, and the Chair will be Andrew Otterburn, of Otterburn Law Consulting LLP.
