This new event will provide delegates with an overview of the new outcomes-focused regulatory regime, including how to comply and how to ensure continued compliance if things go wrong. It will also look at the new roles of compliance officers for legal practice and for finance and administration (COLPs and COFAs), including how they are designed to support outcomes-focused regulation and what you need to know about appointing people to these roles.
