Law Management Section launches its new mission statement

The Law Management Section committee has recently re-examined the Section's purpose and objectives. We are setting new objectives for the Section, and we have adopted a new mission statement:

The Law Management Section is a specialist Section of the Law Society, dedicated to providing our members with the best available advice, information and support on the leadership and management issues of the day, enabling their businesses to perform better and more profitably.

In these difficult times, when no firm's strategic direction can be taken for granted, we intend to place more emphasis on the leadership, planning and strategic aspects of law firm management. We hope that, through these changes, we can provide each of you with what you want from the Section. If we can do more, or do it better, please let us know.
